Structural Engineer
HPC require an experienced Structural Engineer to manage a diverse portfolio of projects. The successful applicant will have previous design experience on both new-build and refurbishment projects, across various sectors and should be familiar with a wide range of materials.
Ideally, applicants will be chartered engineers, either as members of the Institution of Structural Engineers, or the Institution of Civil Engineers, with appropriate experience and qualifications.

Project Surveyor
HPC require a Project Surveyor with experience in the delivery of planned maintenance, cyclical programmes, new-build and refurbishment projects and the identification of future programmes and projects.
The chosen Project Surveyor will be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality, while reporting to the Directors on a regular basis.
Ideally, applicants will be chartered surveyors, either as members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, or the Chartered Institute of Building, with appropriate experience and qualifications.
